God, the way I
Believe in you
is like a story
based loosely on
real life where the
details are changed
and situations altered
until all that remains,
in a sense, is
a sense that
something here
prevails, some essence,
some moral, some
fact of fate or history
or some repetition of
birth and ache and
loss and grief and
somewhere all stories
with different, difficult
characters and no omniscient
narrator,
are still the same.
